it still works when it says error. just back all the way out of the pause menu then go back in.

so it was for me as well in the beginning. but now it ends in an infinite loading screen for me when i go to edit skater. so i have to send it until it's send successfully.

I just keep sending until I see the 4 graphics I want in the boxes of the upload popup window. Usually takes 2-3 tries.

take off all graphic related items...
change one gesture/taunt...
exit create skater....
change current island in map...
skate for a few sec...
turn ea nation back on....
open create a skater...

this works for me a lot....
